Thursdays will from now on and forever be **this and that day**.  Holiday recipes, family recipes, soups, salads, hey, anything goes!!!! And to start us off right, we have a holiday recipe.

Holiday Morning Egg Casserole

3 c. cubed french bread

1/2 - 1 lb. cheddar or American cheese, grated

3 T. melted butter or margarine

3 T. flour

1 t. dry mustard

4 eggs

3 c. milk

Lightly grease 9×13 pan.  Layer ham (sausage) , cheese and bread.  Drizzle melted butter or margarine over top .  Combine flour and mustard; sprinkle over ham (sausage) and cheese mixture.  Beat eggs; add milk.  Pour over ingredients in pan.  Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hr, but up to 24.  Preheat oven to 350°.  Bake 1 hour or until puffy.  Makes 8 servings, about 405 calories each.
